Feeling out of breath, or pain and tension in your jaw?
This workshop “A moment for breathing” is for you!
During my kinesiology sessions, I have noted that almost all of my patients have the similar energy disharmony: Respiratory and tensions in the jaw.
In order to help them and any person aiming to improve their health status, I will lead 2 workshops in December 2018.
Thursday, 6th December : 6.30pm to 7.30pm. in English
Monday, 10th December: 6.30 pm. to 7.30 pm. in French
The aim of these workshops is to make you aware of the importance of breathing as a source of life.
You will understand the proper functionality of your jaw often challenged by stress.
You will be given tools to manage these two major vital elements with easy and personnel exercises in daily life.
We will practice:
- Deep and calm in consciousness breathing, for fast and efficient relaxation to retrieve reflexes and good habits in breathing.
- Self massages on articulations, muscles and ligaments.
- Localise and press acupoints that facilitate functionalities, emotion and energy.
You will set out with tools from energetic healing practices that will empower you in managing your emotion, to fight shyness and facilitate self-confidence.
