Julien is a Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapist with a background in the world of business, so allowing him to recognise many of the problems faced by patients, in particular stress and stress-related fears and dependencies.

There is nothing mysterious or fearful about hypnosis but it is a valuable tool for breaking habits, for self-empowerment and continuous personal growth. The therapy helps a patient make changes in their life when behaviours have become stuck, despite your best efforts.

Many people associate hypnotherapy with stopping smoking or changing eating habits to bring about weight loss, but it is effective in helping people deal with other every-day anxieties such as travel anxiety which seems to befall many as they get older: packing, dealing with airports and inevitable flight stress.

Our conscious mind can’t find an answer, and certainly can’t find a solution, so we have to deal with the subconscious.

Hypnotherapy is a medically approved, non-invasive, and powerful tool that helps individuals make positive, fast, long-lasting changes in their lives. Hypnosis is a state of consciousness one enters and leaves naturally all the time during day-to day experiences. It feels very much like day dreaming i.e., the state between sleeping and waking.

In this state of relaxation you are more open to positive suggestions. Your conscious mind is completely aware of what is going on the whole time, as your brain wave vibration rate slows down, giving you access to your subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, your subconscious has the ability to accept positive information given by the hypnotherapist.

While we are all influenced by suggestions on a daily basis, hypnosis is a state of heightened suggestibility, which uses this natural human process to change negative patterns into positive patterns of behavior.
