Still trying to lose the same 10, 20, 30+ pounds (5, 10, 15+ kg)? One thing the dieting industry does not want to tell you is that “dieting” does not work in the long term! Wonder why people keep on dieting over and over again? Wonder why you keep on going on diets over and over again?
Experience Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating- a revolutionary NON-diet approach to LONG TERM weight loss and weight maintenance is now available under the guidance and expertise of Julie Chiu, RN, MS(Hons), CHC, IC® ~ Hong Kong’s first and only medically Certified Health Coach (Nursing+12yrs), first Licensed Am I Hungry?® Weight Management Facilitator and first Intrinsic Coach®. Mindful Eating is a growing trend in the US and it has now come to Hong Kong!
Mindful Eating is about breaking free from “dieting” and learning how to eat the foods you REALLY LOVE fearlessly – without guilt, deprivation and/or bingeing. Learn how to bring back the pleasure in eating again and get back the body you were naturally meant to have.
There are NO meal replacements, powders, supplements, shakes, RULES, motorized devices, etc. It’s all about sensibly eating REAL food and learning healthier eating habits.
Mindful Eating is great for people (men, women, adolescents & children) who struggle with over eating, emotional eating (e.g. stress, boredom, comfort, loneliness, etc.), environmental eating (e.g. food just being in environment), and/or mindless eating (e.g. eating in front of TV, computer, secretly, etc.). If you want to create a healthier relationship with food, mind and body mindful eating might just be the thing you need.
Most importantly, we will practice how to eat mindfully on a piece of chocolate! If you’re allergic to chocolate or prefer another item please bring it to class.
