About Nobin

Nobin specializes in

-Fitness wellbeing, as he was a pioneer in setting up gyms in India, as well as having a successful career as a professional cricketer, representing Bangalore.

-Autoimmune disease, with extra training from the Institute of Functional Medicine, U.S.

Nobin is a National Board Certified Functional medicine expert and a positive psychology coach. He is very passionate about educating and empowering people with solutions and hacks to help people adopt a rewarding heathy lifestyle with ease. He practices what he advocates to his clients.

His experience spans from working with individuals from around the world to better gut health , autoimmunity challenges, body composition work, and antiaging efforts. His ability to dial into the root cause of the  illness and use the client’s  character strengths & virtues to better dis-ease and facilitate client’s goals makes him a go-to ‘Lifestyle Intervention Specialist’.

Functional Medicine or Root-Cause Medicine  is a healing-oriented branch of medicine, that takes account of the whole person including all aspects of  past & present lifestyle factors, genetic predisposition and  ones  living environment. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient to bring about holistic & lasting health advancements.
