How will Sophrology Boost Your Resistance To Stress?

Sophrology is based on positive psychology that teaches you techniques more in harmony thanks to its approved techniques. In group sessions or in individual, Sophrology will astonish you! Sophrology has been developed in France for a few years to reach a high reputation in:

  • Hospitals, for sleep, anti pain, oncology
  • Schools, for concentration aid, decrease stress
  • Business, for burn out

It is a discipline recognized by the State in France with trained professionals like Celine Pellarin; Celine is a graduate in Sophrology and now welcomes you to a Holistic Center in Hong Kong.

Sophrology In A Few Words

Sophrology aims to rebalance your body and mind through techniques of breathing, relaxation, visualization. As Celine explains “to teach everyone to discover the tools that suit him / her and to integrate them into his / her daily life. My goal is to make the patient autonomous in relation to the need he / she expresses. ” With the recording of your session, you can exercise at any time.

Why Sophrology ?

In the face of stress or a stressful events such as exams, competitions, job interviews, sports, emotional challenges (anger, sadness, disgust, phobia, anguish …), Sophrology will bring techniques for body relaxation , A calming of the mind and a serenity to face the continuation. The objective is to develop a better relationship to oneself through body-mind unity and to (re) discover its own inner resources and potentials (confidence, esteem, affirmation, self-love, etc.).

Individual Sessions or Group Sessions?

In an individual session, Céline will welcome you and adjust the session to your personal needs. You will leave with the recording of your session and you will be able to practice at any time. You can also participate in a small group of 3 sessions of sophrology *

Price: HK$750 for 3 sessions

It allows you to strengthen your resistance to stress daily. Céline delivers 3 types of exercises to recharge you anywhere, anytime: “The more you practice, the better it works!”Says Céline

 

 

 

 

1. A Great Favorite: Breathing 7 11 (seven eleven)

In Hong Kong, the 7 11 are always at our disposal! When the need to refocus is felt, inhale on 7 beats and exhale on 11 beats. Repeat the exercise several times, until you feel a little calmer. It’s simple, efficient and always available!

 

2. A Soothing Breath

Identify a word that matches what you need. It can be peace, relaxation, calm, availability, confidence, clarity. Settle comfortably, and imagine that at each inspiration you inhale what you need, and that at each exhalation, you install it in your body by mentally repeating the phrases. “I inspire calm (on inspiration), I install calm (on expiration)”. You can associate a color or image related to your need. Continue this way by synchronizing these words and your breath often, after a dozen repetitions; you will feel a real difference.

 

3.The Relaxation Of The 3 Key Points

We often do not realize that we keep under almost constant pressure on certain parts of our body unnecessarily and that not only is uncomfortable on the instant but that in addition to the day, the week, even years, it leads to real pathologies.

For example: think to relax our forehead, face, eyebrows, then your jaw. Loosen it, unlock it! Open your mouth, unhook your lower jaw. Finally finish with the shoulders: Release, open them. Symbolically let go of the weight which you feel too heavy to wear on your shoulders.

Accessible at any time, discretely in an elevator, picking up your phone, in the shower. Try it!
