Sophrology uses very practical set of tools: relaxation, breathing, visualization and simple movements.
It is a well-established and popular especially in France and Switzerland where it originated.

Céline Pellarin is a registered Sophrologist from France with experience in France, Egypt and Hong Kong.
She specializes in anxiety and stress management and sleep disorders.
