Dr. Terrighena works with the expatriate and local community. Having lived overseas for over 17 years, she understands dynamic cultural systems and expatriate lifestyles. Her passion lies in guiding clients to comprehend and manage their emotions, shift unwanted behavioral cycles, and find relief from distress.
Dr. Terrighena further works with corporate clients to develop goal-oriented mental health programs that are tailored to their specific needs, and conducts evaluations that ensure these programs are meeting their targets.

Dr Terrighena is a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society, Full Member of the American Psychological Society, Associate Member of the Psychotherapy Society of Hong Kong, and Graduate Member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.

Psychotherapy provides a confidential and non-judgmental space for clients to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and understand the roots of challenges they are experiencing. Practical tools and strategies are offered to enhance the ability to manage difficult situations in a calm and confident manner. The goal of psychotherapy is relieving clients from psychological distress and achieving long-lasting well-being.
Couples psychotherapy can help to differentiate personal from relationship challenges, and provides concrete techniques to improve communication, resolve conflicts and re-connect in a healthy way. It further offers a confidential, impartial platform in which both parties can share openly and be heard. This can build trust and facilitate progress toward positive resolution.
